A little background...

When we were first introduced to the Direct-to-Film (DTF) process in 2019, we had no idea how quickly it would gain traction. By 2020, the market had exploded, transforming the digital garment printing industry virtually overnight—while social media became flooded with misinformation. At the time, we couldn't share the insights we were uncovering with just anyone. But today, we're proud to be at the forefront of DTF support.

With our combined expertise in both technical and printing disciplines, we are constantly refining and improving our methods—and we're excited to share them with you.

In today’s work environment, we’re seeing more print shops operating without a full-time digital technician or even an experienced operator on staff. It’s clear there is a growing need not only for content to keep printers running efficiently, but also for reliable remote support. Based on our experience, we’ve found that we can often help customers diagnose and fix their own machines remotely.
