Do you need to start a service ticket?
If you’ve completed the courses and still haven’t found the answer you need, please submit a service ticket with as much detail as possible. Since our Tech Gurus are often in the field, providing thorough background information upfront helps us assist you more efficiently before initiating any phone support. Please note: an active service plan is required to open a ticket.
