Access to Parts & More
Have you been in the situation that you know what the problem is with your printer, but you can't seem to find the part you need. As a member of the Service Plan, our Tech Guru will be able to either order this for you, or show you the most economical option. For example, we don't keep a supply of EPSON i3200 print heads, but we can share with you where a can get reliable, and inexpensive printheads or parts. Don't overpay or order the wrong part, let Tech Gurus assist you through this process.
Not sure the manufacturer is of your printer?
There are many different names to the Binterjet printer which is manufactured in China. Many have put different names, wraps, etc to make their printer look different from the competitor, but a the end of the day, many of these units are manufactured in the same plant. Just let us know where you got your printer, and the model. We'll let you know if we can help with the service.

We do not have warranty packages, and the main reason if we had to charge you a warranty plan, we would just give you a box of parts. We don't have a crystal ball on what is going to fail or go out on your printer. Plus we don't want to charge for something you aren't using.
