We'll start with the remote support, and if we have to, someone can come to your facility. If you purchase a machine from ImperialDTF then Tech Gurus will be there to do the installation.

Installation Service
DTF Tech Gurus is the official installer for the X5 DTF System from Imperial DTF, a 5-printhead system. While we do offer installation services for other DTF printers, there may be a few details we need to address with the organization you purchased the machine from—unless you opted for a self-install.

Access to Parts & Machines
DTF Tech Gurus has access to a wide range of parts for Binterjet DTF printers. While we keep some parts in stock, we also have trusted partners that allow us to source nearly everything you may need for repairs. If you're looking for replacement parts and want to schedule a Tech Guru to visit your facility, be sure to check with us first before making a purchase. We want to make sure you are purchasing the right part, and paying the fair market value.

Yes you do, but as you can see the rates are affordable and it gives you a wealth of content to use for your operation. Keep in mind, that you get a 10% discount for on-site daily rate for the basic, and 30% discount for the Professional Package.
The daily on-site Tech Guru rate is $1600 per day. This rate is discounted based upon the service plan you select. You receive a 10% discount as a Basic member and 30% off the daily rate for Professional membership. The travel is not included, are technicians do a good job of keeping the costs down for the customer. More than 90% of our past repairs have been done in conjunction with your staff remotely - so become a member of our service plan group!
We don't offer warranty packages because charging for one would essentially just mean providing a box of parts. While we can't predict exactly what might fail on your printer, we are aware of the common failure points. Our goal is to avoid charging you for something you may never need, and at Tech Gurus, we’re focused on helping you keep your DTF operating costs as low as possible.
