Here are a few questions that have been asked about our service plans and our technician rates.
Remote support ticket rate is $100 per hour if you are not on the Professional service plan. Minimum of 1 hour, and charged at hourly increments.
If DTF Tech Gurus need to be on-site, the daily rate is $1,600. You must be on a service plan before booking DTF Tech Gurus to come on-site. Travel expenses are an additional charge - Tech Gurus like to be comfortable, but we aren't fancy. We do our best to keep expenses down.
All subscriptions are sold on a yearly basis, there are no refunds of the subscription.
