DTF Tech Gurus Membership - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of an annual membership subscription with DTF Tech Gurus LLC (“DTF Tech Gurus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which includes access to the DTF Tech Gurus Knowledge Center and the DTF Tech Gurus Support Ticket Center (“Services”). By purchasing a membership, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

The DTF Tech Gurus Annual Membership provides the following:

  • Access to the DTF Tech Gurus Knowledge Center, containing proprietary training materials, tutorials, articles, and resources.
  • Access to the DTF Tech Gurus Support Ticket Center, allowing direct support inquiries related to DTF printing technology and practices.

Membership levels include Basic, Professional, and Custom-designed plans, with features based on your company’s size and needs.

2. Subscription Term and No Cancellation Policy

  • The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is billed in full upfront.
  • Cancellations or refunds are not permitted during the 12-month term, regardless of usage.
  • You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following year. At the conclusion of your annual membership you will have an opportunity to renew. It will not automatically renew.
  • Early termination, partial use, or non-use of the Services does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

3. Eligibility Requirements

  • Membership access is limited to non-distributor end users of DTF printers and supplies.
  • Distributors, wholesalers, or resellers of DTF printers, supplies, or related products are not eligible for membership. DTF Tech Gurus reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately if such activity is identified.
  • For companies operating more than three (3) DTF printers, a custom membership plan will be required.

4. Authorized Use

  • The Services and Content are provided exclusively for use by employees of the subscribing company.
  • You may not share login credentials, content, or support materials with anyone outside your organization.
  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Support Ticket Center – Acceptable Use

The Support Ticket Center is intended for providing guidance and technical assistance related to DTF printing. By using the Support Ticket Center, you agree to:

  • Submit relevant and respectful support requests.
  • Not use the support system for sales inquiries, third-party promotions, or unrelated business activities.
  • Understand that ticket response times may vary depending on issue complexity and membership level.

7. Modifications to Services

DTF Tech Gurus reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.
  • Adjust membership features or pricing for future terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTF Tech Gurus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or Content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Intellectual Property and Knowledge Center Use

All content within the DTF Tech Gurus Knowledge Center, including but not limited to articles, videos, guides, tutorials, graphics, and other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of DTF Tech Gurus LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

By subscribing to a DTF Tech Gurus membership—whether Basic, Professional, or a Custom-designed plan—you agree to the following terms:

  • The Content is provided exclusively for use by employees of your company and may not be shared, distributed, or made accessible to individuals outside of your organization.
  • Distributors, wholesalers, or resellers of DTF printers, supplies, or related products are not eligible to participate in the DTF Tech Gurus membership. If it is determined that your company falls under any of these categories, DTF Tech Gurus reserves the right to cancel your subscription without notice.
  • For companies operating more than three (3) DTF printers, DTF Tech Gurus reserves the right to offer a custom membership plan tailored to your scale of operations.
  • Downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, or recording any part of the Knowledge Center Content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from DTF Tech Gurus.
  • The use of automated tools, bots, screen recording software, or any method intended to capture, replicate, or store Content is not permitted.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of the Content may result in immediate termination of your subscription and may lead to legal action.

DTF Tech Gurus reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
